Empty thoughts

And casual speech,

Aspirations beyond reach,

Lessons the universe does teach,

For those who are

Both strong and weak,

Yet we refrain

We do not weep

But we walk while we sleep

If we switch off consciously

And fail to go within deep

Instead we follow

Just like we are sheep

Hearded into a keep

Locked away

As they they ow away the key

Allowing them to be controlling

Over the lives

Off by you and me

So watch as your freedom seeps

Away into oblivion very slowly

Ebbing away quietly.
