There’s a price to pay for extravagance
The price you pay can tests your resilience
The price you pay you must accept
If you don’t then extravagance you will reject
And mundanity and regimes will be your staple diet
So understand the price you pay
Maybe hard for you to take
But it’s not so bad for those who made use if kindness, love and tolerance along the way
It’s harder for those who stepped on others, family, friends and lovers
That will be the hardest cost to bare
For they didn’t take the time to care or share
With other spiritual souls out there
The price we pay is of our choosing
And will dictate whether we are winning or losing
At leading a happy and contented life.
