Bleak midwinter

Midwinter tales can be bleak

But there is light for us all there to see

It’s a mindset of creation

That allows elevation

That g its us the foresight to seek

The beauty and wonder in things

Like the frozen snow outside glistening

Under the rays of the moon

That lifts any gloom

That warms the chilled heart

And that stands u ou apart

For those who are blind to all this

And like the lacey white webs hanging off trees

And as you see your breath everytime that you breathe

These to me are amazing things

And coming in and sitting by an open fire

Sipping warm drinks and curling up feeling tired

And enjoying the beauty of life that I so admire

Nothing is ever that bleak to me.
