I cannot bare to stomach
Hearing or witnessing race hate
Why do people judge others
By the colour of their face
Are not the words they speak
More important and valuable
Isn’t kindness and tolerance
More suitable to create a better and fairer society
It takes my breath away to see
Racism in full flow casually
Accepted by some as unimportant or rationally
OK in somd twisted ignorant way
Discrimination is not acceptable in life today
I don’t see colour, I just see people
Individual, unique and as I observe this
I see the diversity and wonder in everything
I love the different cultures around the world
We should March under a united banner that’s unfurled
Proclaiming one humanity and one race
We need to put an end to race hate
And if you don’t agree thdn sadly that’s a disgrace
Judging people fir the way that they were made
By God’s and creation which are far more powerful than you
Sadly you lack empathy compassion and intelligence and that’s the truth.
