In the dark I saw you
Spinning dancing to a haunting tune
There was a spotlight fixed on you
I saw you beauty and I knew
Your black dress and pale skin it enthused
Everything manifesting within all you do
I my heart swelled with desire for you in truth as you danced to the haunting tune
And I feel myself gravitating towards you
I see you peer out of the light
Through your eyes of ebony delight
I stare fixated by your subtle grace
And the deathly beauty of your face
Yet your red lips they shine beyond all recognition
Begging me to kiss them as if its my mission
The melody it continues to tinkle alone
A surreal and haunting love song
And as I move into the light to steal a kiss
The lights went down ending everything.
