One day maybe you’ll realise

The truth behind the media and governments eyes

Maybe one day you’ll see the damage done by polluting seas

And burning and cut down trees

And then when you see the truth

Realising you were blind to the proof

By material possessions and greed

That you were responsible for why our earth bleeds

Warming of the planet causing an accelerated Arctic melt

Your ignorance is a result of your wealth

And a misguided loyalty to your corporate chums

But you got it wrong and misjudged ged the young

And despite your attempts to bully, discredit and silence them

They will in fact prevail in the end

be cad use the ir world now not yours

They are now calling the score

And when your establishment falls

Then we will all celebrate and have a ball

As we embrace a green future and eco renewables

And the future will be bright

And thd science will be proved right

But that same Science will teach us how to heal

This earth that you were never part of and could never feel.
