Drawn into stillness
Rooted deep in love
Sitting here in mindfulness
Contemplating what’s below
Pondering on what’s above
Unlocking the cogs of my heart
Finding the luminesce of the soul
Healing all damage within
Repairing that deep dark hole
The one one we’ve come to know
Where all our self doubt and hate is kept on hold
Like a tumour that needs purging
But in our still and blissful state
Our positivity and energy is surging.
