At the most crucial time of need
When we need visionaries to lead
We end up with men fixated on greed
Which spells doom for humanity
Why is it do difficult for some to see
That we must use empathy
And must fight for our ecology
That the health of you and me
Should be greater than anything monetary
We need wise people to lead not clowns
We need great thinkers of which we can be proud
Where are these people in our greatest hour of need
Because everything we see
Is being diseased by these men of greed
And do we’re all dying gradually and ignorantly.
