I freaked my conscious

On surreal trip,

Of a mind bending experience

I didn’t need drugs,

And I didn’t need drink

Nobody can destroy,

The way I decide to think

Or the ideas I am creating,

Mind bending consciousness

Trust me it’s so exciting,

Leads me to pick up a pen

And inspires me into writing,

That’s when the paper

Gets struck by the lightening,

And when it’s over

You see the ink on the page,

And you hope it takes peoples breath away,

You don’t know where it comes from

You just feel the creative flow,

That’s how as creative beings

We rise up and grow,

Connecting with the mind bending unknown.
