Time passes us by

It goes so fast, it flies,

So much happens in our lives

Yet it seems to belie

Our age and stage of life,

Our kids they grow so fast

Yet we still feel so young,

And as time goes on and on

We sing the same old song,

We need more time

Because it passes to fast,

We need more time

As things disappear into the past,

Quicker than we appreciate it,

We long for more time

But we can’t negate it,

So we need to make the most of our time.
