Rise up and light the way

Shine in a way that’s brave today,

Glow like a lantern in full display

I do everything each night and day,

To keep the demons well at bay

And to stop the ongoing decay,

Among our confused humanity

That’s walking down along the wrong road,

And is disappearing into the unknown

But if we put on a worthy show,

Then the light will surely always grow,

And we will have a brighter tomorrow.
