Light and love

In the name of light and love

I give myself to living in kindness

In the name of all that’s right

I attempt to live a good life

Residing in a spiritual mind

I sit and contemplate in stillness

Deep in meditative practice

I find my self dwelling in inner peace

In the name of light and love I will do this.
