On the monochromaticity of this life
Nothing is ever simply wrong or right,
I engage with the music and the language of life
Yet still for some reason we still seek to hide,
In escapism and delusional fantasy
But just for a while to feed our creativity
The truth is reality is far more stranger than we believe
I am often taken a back at how staggeringly,
The truth is when looked at studiously,
When you read between the lines
And when you dare take a glimpse beyond the veil,
Monochromaticity is certainly not something believe me
That can ever be applied to this life of complexity,
In a world of illusion we side this complicity
Fixated by trying to be what we’re not you see,
weaving a moulding and dancing in flights of fantasy
Hoping to convince others that we are the dream,
That we always wanted to be but it’s not always as it seems.
Great!!!
