We need to change take

And not look back,

But move forward

To a resource based economy,

Where we nurture life

And finally do what’s right,

Replacing what we take

Becoming a sustainable society,

We need renewables

Not just consumables,

We have to learn that we cannot simply keep taking

It’s not rocket science,

It’s just the simple truth

And the future of our existence is in me and you,

Demanding change

And for it to happen now,

At a fast greater pace then they are going now,

But governments are cumbersome and slow

Not to easily or ready to give up what they own,

And that is a material and greed based economic show

But we must demand that the resource economy grows,

So the the future can be better than the one that we have previously known.
