She thinks she tough
I know she’s not,
It’s all a front
To stop from being hurt,
To not seem so vulnerable
But I know what she is,
She is just a fearful kid,
She talks the talk,
She walks the walk,
But I know her well
And I am not fooled,
And I watch out for her
I watch in case she falls,
So that I can be there to catch her.
