Another year nearing an end

The dawning of finding new and losing old friends,

New dreams and new goals may evolve

Hopefully a past bad year maybe resolved,

And we will find a way back to normality

But we need to look hard for new opportunities,

Let’s not sit back and just see what occurs

We need to make stuff happen, not just observe,

We need to move forward and not reverse

Back into the old familiar pain and hurt,

Let’s rise up and discover and bask in the light

Develop and build up our foresight,

Let’s transcend into a life of might

Taking our dreams and hopes to new heights.
