Being spiritual is not an ephemeral state to me

It’s seen me through many lives and centuries,

Science can’t explain it, so they just disregard it,

Like it’s not real and plays no part in life

Yet science is often proved to be wrong itself,

And yet spirituality can improve your health

Just by thinking positive and life affirming thoughts,

But the answers that need to be sought,

Can be found in both science and spiritual realms

It’s finding away to combine them, so we can tell,

The answers that we need to unlock our cells,

Of suffering and self imposed hell.
