The state loves interventions in people’s lives

Monitoring, checking, setting standards of wrong and right,

Standards that these people who set them don’t even live by,

Kids have to be perfect not at all flawed

Or they take them off you with no hesitation at all,

Causing them kids more extreme emotional and mental health issues,

Nanny state governance constantly misused

It should not feel like a 1984 George Orwell dystopian dream,

But that’s how it’s going, or at least that’s what it seems to me

And I know for real that I am not that crazy,

State sets laws I understand this

But it cannot tell you how to exist,

Where to go, who you can see, or even what you choose to believe,

But the state will demonise and spread lies

In a way to infiltrate the minds,

Of those susceptible to the states tricks

That’s why you should question everything connect with it.
