I read something the other day where the met police in England said they would not take action against politicians who broke the law because they do not investigate retrospective crimes. All crimes are retrospective because you can’t investigate crimes before they happen. Then what of cold cases? This is a marker set to show how inept and in the pocket of power your police force is. When they let corruption go unpunished, then arrest people for trying to save the earth.
