It’s a long and lonely journey that we walk
When the things we love are gone,
It’s heartbreaking and we never feel we’ll ever heal,
And we never truly believe the pain will ever go
When we’re hurting we think that it will last forever,
But we must find others who care and stick together
For there’s always strength in unity,
And only solitude and misery when we’re lonely,
So we must share with others hurting empathy,
We must be there for those who have lost the love belief,
We must embrace those who are in pain and suffering,
So that one day we’ll all make it through.
