And spiral lives,

Where we start

We come back to in the end,

Spiral minds

And spiral lives,

The thoughts we have

Recirculate and return,

For us to reassess,

For us to relearn,

To discover deeper meanings

And truths that we yearn,

The spiral mind

And spiral lives,

Is a construct of energy,

Of manifesting frequency,

That goes round and round

Like a vortex emanating,

From natures ground.
