Culture changes
And it evolves,
As we progress
We must resolve,
Our nature to embrace
New cultural change,
To widen horizons
Not get stuck in old ways,
To be more aware
Of all around
And what can be found,
Opening up to new
Cultural ways
Is a supreme display,
Of how to become
More transcendental
Open to the experimental,
Which manifests lessons
In tolerance and understanding,
And brings about respect
And keeps us grounded,
Our culture can become
Our box, our cage,
Break out of it
Become free once again,
Free to evolve and learn
New things about life and this new age
Don’t fight to remain the same
Stuck in the past dark destructive age.
