The wrong and futility,

In living a life of greed

As well as hate and jealousy,

In another life we’ll find

How we wasted so much time,

On the things that just don’t matter

And didn’t focus enough on being kind,

In another life we’ll discover

That it’s better to help each other,

Rather than be trying to be seen

As better in everything,

In another life we’ll realise

All the material thing we gain,

Doesn’t define our life as well lived

But more about how much you shared

And what it was you were willing to give,

In another life we’ll know

How important love truly is,

And that keeping an open to all

Makes your life feel more complete.
