The last stand,

Shoulder to shoulder

Every last man,

Fearful yet defiant

In the face of overwhelming odds,

But at this last post

And at this last stand,

They believed if anyone could

Then they can,

That was the belief they were given

By those standing with them

Those who were in command,

And as the enemy appeared

And bore down on them,

They let out a ferocious death cry

And made their last stand

At this last post,

Shoulder to shoulder

In line stood each and every man .
