Can you imagine living in fifty degree heat
The sweat and the labour of just walking along a street,
Could you imagine it because that’s how some people live
Suffering everyday in this sweltering, searing temperature that does not forgive,
This is the result of climate change
Putting the world on a permanent strain,
As the world gets hotter people and animals die
As it keeps heating up we’ll all fry,
And the fires will rage both day and night
There’ll be a sulphur, brimstone red luminescent light,
Casting a bright background on an ebony sky
Across barren landscapes as our environment slides,
Into a dust bowl vision across our sight
Only burnt trees and properties will be the picture in our minds eye.
