Balance is something we often lose sight of

We focus on work and upon home life,

But ourselves we’re often guilty of neglecting

This is something quiet perplexing,

Because unless we treat ourselves in the best way

It will effect our days and how we behave,

We need to love ourselves before we love anybody else

That’s simple truth of how we live.
