There were no wars
And their society,
Cherished and tilled the land
With care and reverence,
Putting back as much
As they took out,
So good and resources
We theirs in abundance,
But others if warlike mentality
Came like a storm,
Rolling over the horizon
And they knew their ways
Were soon to end,
Because of brutal, ignorant
Violent minded beasts.
