I am the invisible man

For you don’t see me,

I try to prove myself

But you don’t believe in me,

I try to stand out

But you ignore me,

I am the invisible man

And you undermine everything,

That makes authentically

Real and yet you don’t see me,

Maybe it’s accidental

But I think it is intentionally,

That you lack of belief in all I do

The invisible man that’s me it’s true,

It appears I can never be anything to you

Because you refuse to recognise me,

And that’s just blatantly cruel.
