This pirate and crafty was he,
Had women in every port
Had enemies that wanted him caught,
A rapscallion of the highest order
Devilishly cunning yet twice as handsome,
Vagabond clothes and dark tanned skin
Beard and moustache he was the pirate kin,
Respected by many but hated too
He had a ramshackle bunch he called a crew,
Yet the adventures and the lives they lived
Meant high rewards for taking big risks,
He was the pirate everyone wanted to be like
Admired and loved always ready for a fight,
But he preferred the life of a lover over anything other
The pirate king who sailed the seven seas.
