It’s time to panic
Swallow a few pills,
Histrionics may save the day
If we overreact like we do everyday,
Don’t be hysterical
Calm the fuck down,
Keep your feet firmly on the ground,
Don’t be controlled
And do not live you life by fear,
Or other illusory narratives
That you may hear,
Focus on your conscious realities
And focus on your present
Hear and now priorities,
Not the bullshit that others want you to believe,
Just stay calm and be true to you.
