Deep down within is like a desert

I’ve become arid and dry,

And I can put this condition down to the lies,

Your compunction for diverting from the truth

Is the reasons that I’ve cried each night,

I guess that is the reason in my life

That you have become the disease and blight,

That’s caused this curse within me

The reason my tears flow from eyes and bleed,

Pain within my life, like true hurt and misery

But I am strong and I can erase you from my life,

And find a way to discover how to start caring for and healing me.
