It’s hard when you an addiction
It feels and consumes your whole time,
It’s always there playing on your mind
Then when you kick it and leave it behind,
What is left? Just an empty, hollow void
So it’s hard because life becomes so devoid,
Of such an essential part of who you were
This is the problem and why addiction is such a curse.
