I walk around the places where I live

Stroll within the forest and along the beach,

With so much nature within my reach

It’s not to feel connected or to feel the gratitude,

Of what creation has supplied us with

Fresh air, beautiful landscape and resources to grow food,

And I wonder then why do we suffer

Is it because we don’t take time out,

To embrace and to dwell in what surrounds us

We choose to live in the drama that is life,

Making that our top priority when the truth is shouting out,

Take care of yourself, your mental and physical being

But we stay embroiled within the stressful living,

It’s time to sort this out, it’s time to look about,

And if nature is not on your doorstep then go and find it now

It’s a place that is a retreat, a sanctuary for you and me,

A place to escape life’s illusory and to get back to our

Conscious reality, that’s outside all of the drama,

That dwells and resides deep within,

Just take time soaking up the peace and just study your breathing

Then you will find all the suffering releasing,

Itself outside of you and contentment will flood within you

And the weight of all life’s suffering will lift from you it’s true,

And when you learn to simply repeat this

Happiness will be your life,

And when you decide to embrace this

Then you will see and feel the love and the light,

It’s time to experience a good life, escape like a bird in flight,

Back to nature as provided by creation

Make this your routine vacation,

When things are getting tough and you have had enough,

Fly away on golden wings to the natural world that sings

And part take in its ability to help you healing,

There is no better feeling,

Then being in creation’s world.
