Transform your darkness

Into radiant light,

Break out of that feeling

Of constant fight or flight,

Meditate upon stilling your mind

It’s far too noisy and confined,

Set it free, open it wide

Stay alert but don’t let thoughts stay inside,

Let them come, let them go

Let your mind become a flow,

While being still and empty

In this way you will grow,

And within your mind

The light will enter and the darkness will go,

Cleansing of the mind

It is like the thawing of the snow,

What it will uncover we will never know,

But manifesting love within your heart

Will create a show of positivity that’s sown,

Like a seed within the soil and if watered will eventually grow.
