I hear the bell chime

And I still my mind,

I feel the breeze

Rustle by,

I am aware

Of everything,

But when the bell chimes

I stopped thinking

Of anything,

I let thoughts go

And my mind

It is now at peace,

No longer any chatter

For nothing matters

In this moment in time,

Other than the focus

From the bell chime,

I still my mind

And meditate

On being kind,

Of sharing love

And compassion

This is my design,

Since the bell chime

I am in my own mind,

Aware of everything

And everything is flowing,

And I am at peace,

And I am in a place of knowing

Because I still my mind,

When I heard the bell chime.
