The chickens will come home to roost one day
When you lie and you cheat and you show no shame,
They’ll be a day of reckoning when things come to a head
When a less than honourable life it is you’ve lead,
So do the right thing and walk the path of truth and dignity
And you’ll never have to face the consequences and feel demeaned.
