I work out with a VR headset on

The Oculus2 takes me from,

Reality to a place of fantasy

And makes working out fun and easy,

I use the Holofit fitness app

Because they seem to know where it’s at,

Working out in different scenery

Egypt, in France, and under the sea,

In space and other scenic places

I compete in challenges and races,

And now I fitter and healthier for discovering this

And I am thankful that I can do it,

I don’t usually promote anything

But this is something I don’t mind doing,

Because it only offers positives

Of being healthy in mind and body and gets you fit.
