Do you ever stop to consider where you are,

Do you ever stop and take a moment to appreciate your environment,

Because it’s something we often take for granted if it’s safe

When you look around do you see the wonder of nature,

And then do you think of others struggling in areas not so safe

In places not so beautiful but hazardous to all,

It’s beyond our ability at time to change this

But to spare a thought for those who aren’t so lucky can keep us humble,

It also gives us time to find some inner peace

And we must use this to develop and grow ourselves,

In a world where standing still for too long is not an option

Where being left behind in the past will see us struggle,

So move forward and stop and take a moment

Then grow, develop and move forward again.
