Lanterns, pumpkins and witches

Ghouls in bandages and stitches,

A scare fest sending chills down spines

Spiders webs and grandfather clock chimes,

Kids dressed up and having such fun

Trick or treating for sweets to fill their tums,

Under the full moon until the night is done

Kids dressed up hop, skip and run,

This is Halloween and All Hallows Eve

These are the kind of sights you will see,

Kids hoping for a bucket full of sweets

It’s just so much fun it’s scary.
