Divorcing yourself from the drama

What we see we can achieve

I want inner peace and harmony,

So much drama though is surrounding me

Yet I still manage to maintain mindfully,

My own state of peace and inner grace

In moments when the drama abates,

I know it’s vital for my mental health

As well as my physical body as well,

I refuse to live a life of anxiety and stress

So I use meditation which ensures I am blessed,

With the ability to cope when things are tough

And no matter what occurs I still share love,

And retain my kind nature no matter how deep the rut

That I find myself in and when it feels to much,

I remember who I am and that’s good enough.
