As we freeze
Remember the truth,
It’s not because of Putin
Well not all alone,
It’s because our government
Who refused to do what was right
And see the fucking light,
To move away from dirty fuels
And embrace renewable
And sustainable energies,
And leave us vulnerable
To fuel shortages and poverty,
As the big energy companies
Exploit the resources
To increase their wealth
Which is typical of corporations
Who are all focused on greed,
And then and our political figures
Sit nicely in their warm homes
As in sub zero temperatures we freeze.
