Fighting to get out the pit

Striving to climb free of the shit,

I can’t live in the poverty

I want out I want to be free,

Striving, reaching desperately

I have no hopes but I have needs,

I don’t want to end up dying here,

Through suicide caused by frustration

Or by crimes of desperation,

I hear the screams and I hear all the crying

This is not a place I want to die in,

And so I’ll do everything it takes

To crawl out of the cesspit, I ain’t lying,

I’ll escape even if it means fighting

Those who put us here,

And those who keep us in fear

I will make this message clear,

I am escaping from this pit

Climbing out from the shit,

And when I finally do

Trust me, the first thing I’ll pursue,

Is how to smash this system and you.
