A 21st century civil war,

How far do you think

You can push us to the brink,

Before we start objecting

And say your laws stink,

What’s it going to take

Riots on every street,

Just to make you realise

We have the right to eat and to heat,

But many homes are making choices

Between both of these needs,

Just to sustain this government

In its billionaire style greed.
