Here I am on this beautiful planet

I should be feeling happy but I can’t stand it,

Mainly because of the greedy gannets

Who is trying to destroy it with minds so manic,

I just can’t figure out which way to turn

Do I reach for the light and risk getting burned,

Or do I hide in the shadows and cower in fear

These lessons are ones that we never thought we’d have to learn,

Making this decision is so hard to discern

But it’s peace, love and unity is what I truly yearn.
