The odds are against me and you

North, south, east and west

Divided by those we think,

Knows what is best

But it’s best for them,

And not necessarily for you

Being judged by colour, faith,

Sexuality and gender

Overrides all the things,

That you can do

These discrimination effects,

The thing that we can choose

By the people who have the power,

Dressed in their power suits

Trust me when I say this, it’s the truth,

The odds are always stacked against me and you.
