I don’t blame you

You fell I picked you up

I didn’t want nothing in return,

But when I fell

I thought you may have been there,

But I did not blame you

Because you weren’t,

And it’s not like you didn’t know

Because I knew you did,

But I picked myself up in the end

And it didn’t make me bitter,

I still regard you as a friend.
