Day by day I exist

To be my own person,

To live freely

To share love equally,

To be kind and to care

And when others struggle

Just to be there,

To offer help

To live a life that’s good

In a way I know I should,

Sharing equally

With those in need,

I have no time

Or inclination to be greedy,

And to be mindful

And to root myself in inner peace.
