There are those who would burn crosses
That do not and will never speak for me,
These are hateful, ignorant, xenophobes
They are full of discrimination and toxicity,
I don’t want them representing my country
It makes me amazed that they are part of our society,
These people who know only of division
They build their lives on such hate,
To be that insecure and racist must be an awful state,
I don’t want these people ever infecting me
Which is why I live my life by the four traits,
Caring, sharing, kindness and love
For me living by these four traits is more than enough.
