Some hope comes around when Christmas arrives

We all wish and dream of people living better lives,

But why does this only occur once every year

Is it said and meant in a hollow way in a hope to cheer,

How can we hope to bring change when we don’t see it through

When we don’t work at it all year which is the truth,

If we really want, wish and dream of people living better lives

We best start opening up our minds and our eyes,

To the fact we need to repeat this message across the year,

So by the time Christmas comes we’ll see people living better lives without the fears and tears.
