I write in my own way

Whether it is right or wrong,

I just go with the flow

While the vibe feels strong,

I write from the heart

Not always with the head

I allow myself to be led,

By my intuition and my instinct

Maybe that’s not the way

Writing is meant to be,

But I do what I do in my style

And that keeps me happy,

Which maybe why possibly

I am not always seen,

And stops me being able to achieve

The ability to realise my dream,

Of writing words and poetry

Many more people wish to read,

But I pay gratitude and thankfulness,

To those who are supportive of me.
